Hello everyone! Thank you for coming back to my podcast! I really appreciate it. We are now live on Apple Podcast!! So if you're joining us from there let me know! Today on this episode we have our first guest on the podcast! Her name is Megan Glewwe. The pronouns they use are she and her.

I've known her for a long time. We share a common birthday and many other things despite the age gap. I'm glad she came on. She and I discuss her Gold Award and various mental health topics. If you are uncomfortable talking about mental health sorry this episode is not for you. However, we both believe it's important to get yourself checked for mental health issues and nobody is alone!
